How the Cap Liner Inserting Machine Works
The production flow starts with automatic cap sorting. Caps are arranged and transferred to the positioning station, while aluminum foil liners are fed and detected by the liner supply unit. A vacuum pickup head uses negative pressure to take the liner and move it accurately above the cap. After the cap is positioned, the pickup head descends, places the liner into the cap and the pressing mechanism gently flattens the liner to ensure a stable fit.

Selection Notes
For accurate machine selection, the cap diameter, cap height, liner material, liner thickness, required speed and feeding direction should be confirmed before production. If the cap has a special inner structure or the liner is very thin, we can adjust vacuum pickup strength, liner feeding design, cap guide rails and pressing force according to samples.
FAQ
Can this machine work with different cap diameters?
Yes. The standard cap range is 20-100 mm, depending on cap and liner material. Changeover parts may be required for large size differences.
Does it detect missing caps or missing liners?
Yes. The PLC system can be configured with alarms for missing caps, missing liners, positioning faults and abnormal operation.
Can it be connected with a capping line?
Yes. It can be used as a standalone cap preparation machine or matched with cap elevators, capping machines and complete filling lines.
What information is needed for quotation?
