Complete Libya Olive Oil Filling Line Case
This Libya olive oil filling line project began from real factory conditions, not from a standard machine list. The customer first shared the oil storage area, bottle samples and hand-drawn layout ideas. From there, Longteng Machinery developed the line step by step until the final solution could handle round glass bottles, square glass bottles, PET bottles and 5L PET containers.
Customer Site and Oil Storage Area Came First
Before choosing the filling machines, we needed to understand the customer’s oil tank position, pipeline direction and available factory space. This is why the project planning started from the tank area and the customer’s site layout.
From Hand Sketch to Practical Line Concept
The first communication was simple: the customer wanted to bottle olive oil in several formats. The early drawings showed the factory size, tank position and possible machine arrangement. These sketches helped us understand the working direction before making a CAD layout.
Bottle Range: Glass, PET, Round and Square Bottles
The customer had 250ml, 500ml, 750ml and 1L glass bottles, plus 5L PET bottles. The project also included both round and square bottle shapes. This meant the filling line needed different handling methods for small glass bottles and large PET bottles.
Layout Revisions
Layout Revisions and Final CAD Direction
The proposal was adjusted several times. At first, the plan used two fully parallel lines. Later, after checking the customer’s production habit, we kept the filling and capping sections independent but allowed both lines to share one labeling machine. This reduced investment and saved space because the customer would not normally run both bottle formats at the same time.

What This Real Case Shows
A good olive oil filling line is not only a machine choice. It depends on bottle samples, cap type, filling volume, factory layout, oil tank position and future production plan. This Libya project shows how a practical line can be built from simple sketches, site photos and repeated technical communication.
FAQ
Can one olive oil project handle both glass bottles and 5L PET bottles?
Yes. In this project, we used separate filling and capping sections for different bottle formats, while sharing one labeling machine to reduce investment.
Why use a 3-in-1 monoblock for glass bottles?
Combining air rinsing, filling and capping into one machine body saves floor space and makes line connection easier.
Can square glass bottles be labeled automatically?
Yes, but square bottles need stable guiding and proper positioning before labeling.
